Chris Kistler is an Air Force kid and grew up living all over the country.
She operated her own dance business, starting with a mobile business where she taught dance within different schools. She was featured on the Oprah Winfrey show for her work with youth within the Chicago suburbs as part of Oprah's Angel Network. From there, she took on a brick and mortar studio in North Carolina and finally in Indiana.
After selling her studio in Indiana, she pursed her degree in Business Administration and stepped into a position as the Program Manager for Gigi's Playhouse, a Down syndrome achievement center where she was able to double their program offerings and participation hours within a year.
Chris moved to Virginia to be closer to her 3 grown children. She enjoys working in the yard and hiking with her 2 dogs. She is very excited to be given the opportunity to help the Boys and Girls Club of Fauquier to grow their programs so she can help reach more children and give them the tools they need to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

With a passion for nurturing and educating children, Esteban brings a wealth of experience to his role as a youth development professional. Having previously spent four rewarding years with the Martin K. Alloy Boys and Girls Club, Esteban has honed his skills in creating engaging, supportive environments for kids of all ages. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Esteban is adept at connecting with diverse families and fostering inclusive, enriching experiences.
When not at work, Esteban enjoys staying active through soccer and snowboarding, activities that keep him energized and enthusiastic. His love for sports translates into their approach with children, encouraging teamwork, fun, and a love for movement.
